Delivery times and means

Orders within South Africa from our showroom - you will receive your beautiful africhic parcel within 72h delivered to your door or work, whichever address you wish it delivered to. We work with Dawnwing, who has been rated best SA courier company for 9 consecutive years. Every package you order from us can be traced with the tracking number we supply you with on their website WWW.DAWNWING.CO.ZA.

Orders outside South Africa from our showroom - your africhic parcel takes up to 15 working days (depending on location) and will be delivered to your closest POST office. A Post notification will be dropped in your post box to notify you of arrival of the parcel.

Orders delivered from the designers studios - each of our screened designers commits to deliver your parcel with the same standards in terms of time and secure packaging as we do it from our showroom. We are responsible for your security - therefore the money you paid us will only be released to the designer once your parcel arrived and your 8-day period of claiming a return has expired. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you experience any difficulties with a delivery. 

Delivery costs

FREE GLOBAL DELIVERY if your order is above 3000 ZAR, 310 EUR, 400 USD, 250 Pounds. If your order is below these amounts following delivery fees apply: 30 EUR, 40 USD, 25 Pounds.
